A concierge physician specializing in orthopedic and musculoskeletal patient care, Dr. James Morales is the CEO and medical director at Rock Doc NJ, where he has provided treatment to hundreds of musicians and entertainers in their homes or during tours. Dr. James Morales founded the practice in 2005. He concurrently serves as medical director at VIP Wellness, a private practice he launched in Howell, New Jersey, in 2020.

Dr. James Morales has cared for thousands of patients and performed more than 10,000 procedures, including Tenex, platelet-enriched plasma, and ultrasound-guided injections. He previously treated patients at Shore Sports Medicine, which he owned from 2003 to 2015, and also worked at the Center for Orthopedics & Sports Medicine and Care Station. Moreover, he has served as rehabilitation director at Leisure Chateau Rehab and Care Center and Tallwoods Rehab and Care Center.

Dr. Morales completed a sports medicine fellowship and family medicine residency at Rutgers Medical School. He also earned his MD from the New Jersey institution and holds a bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Michigan, where he was a member of the varsity wrestling team. He's a member of the American Medical Association and American Academy of Family Physicians.
